Tap/Ballet & Legos

We tried to keep the kids entertained all summer in their new town, so they did many camps, along with vacation bible school and travel. Summer flew by! Here's two of the camps they took at the local rec. center.

Jeremiah's B-day

Because J & L had their un-birthday parties in March, we celebrated with just the family for his actual birthday in July. Jeremiah opened presents in bed, went swimming, went to Chili's, went to a movie, and had cupcakes to celebrate his 7th birthday.

Karina's B-day

Our Littlest Helper

Check him out! He can mow the lawn just like Daddy (but, whew, it's hot here in Dallas)!

Liliana's Birthday

Since we had a formal un-birthday party for Liliana and Jeremiah in March, we celebrated with the Carlsons and our family for L's official birthday. We had cake with our friends, then opened presents, went bowling and out to eat at Red Robin. Liliana was a happy girl!

Pool Time and Fireworks

Lake Grapevine

We rented a pontoon boat with our best friends from The Woodlands, the Carlson family, over the 4th of July weekend. Lake Grapevine is near our home, and everyone loved the boating and swim time.

4th of July Neighborhood Parade

So it's been over 100 degrees every day since we moved here. Despite the heat, we joined some Bridlewood neighbors for a parade.

Cowboy Stadium

We played tourist with Karina's parents and checked out Cowboy Stadium, the most expensive in the country. The boys got to kick and throw on the field, and we also saw the locker rooms, press room and VIP lounge.
